Product Introduction
The OSEN-160A dust particle counter is a high-precision 0.1 μ m dust particle counter based on an all solid state laser, with a sampling flow rate of 28.3 L/min (1 CFM). It is a portable precision instrument that uses the principle of light scattering to measure the size and quantity of suspended particles of 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 1.0, and 5.0 μ m in the air. It can achieve particle counting up to 9 channels and automatically perform diversified data statistics. Built in HEPA filter that can filter the discharged air. The instrument software system is customized and developed for cleanroom testing, which can meet diverse testing needs.
Suitable for clean room cleanliness testing in semiconductor integrated circuit factories, optical laboratories, clean rooms, biological laboratories, pharmaceutical factories, inspection and testing institutions, safety cabinet manufacturers, as well as testing the performance of air filters and filter materials.
