Volatile organic gas analyzer adopts explosion-proof design for rapid field detection of total volatile organic compounds. Equipped with simultaneous hydrogen flame ionization (FID) and photoionization (PID) detectors.
The FID detector can measure organic compounds with high sensitivity, with a wide dynamic and linear range. The PID detector effectively makes up for the detection requirements of the single FID detector for some organic gas and inorganic gas with weak response ability, which is convenient for users to choose the working mode more flexibly.
Explosion-proof design of the whole machine: the whole instrument adopts the original safety explosion-proof design, equipped with explosion-proof hand operator, safe and reliable, to meet the use requirements of explosive dangerous gas places
FID / PID dual detector: the instrument is equipped with FID detector with wide dynamic and linear range; the PID detector is selectively configured to meet the detection requirement of FID detector for some organic and inorganic gases with weak response capacity
Intelligent design: intelligent software design, simple operation; digital display of hydrogen pressure, intelligent reminder of remaining working duration; battery power and remaining duration; automatic ignition and real-time monitoring of flame temperature
Humanized practical design: ergonomic bearing design to reduce the working intensity of field personnel; hydrogen endurance for more than 20 hours (inflation pressure 15MPa), hydrogen filling within 30 seconds; built-in 160 volatile gas database to meet user detection requirements.
