Upgrading project of Humen Town Garbage compression and Transfer Station of Humen Town Public Utilities Service Center of Dongguan City

     Dongguan humen town utilities service center humen town garbage compression transfer station upgrade project bidding time for October 2020, after public bidding and procurement contract, equipment delivery time is in January 2021, the project for station upgrade project, the tender content has garbage transfer station to upgrade, deodorization facilities installation, odor monitoring equipment installation and comprehensive management maintenance services, involving 27 sites, we are responsible for the odor on-line monitoring equipment supply and installation, and in order to facilitate the project unified management, we also deployed the project remote supervision cloud platform.

      The OSEN-OU odor online monitoring system provided by our project realizes the association of the detection results with human sense of smell according to the three-point comparison, adopts multi-point sampling system (manifold system) adsorption and shedding at the same time, and the monitoring parameters are mainly the odor concentration (OU). Through real-time monitoring of the waste transfer station, equipped with sound and light alarm lights, when the monitoring concentration exceeds the preset alarm valve value, the cloud platform to facilitate the management personnel to take quick rectification measures; the front-end monitoring equipment adopts wall-mounted installation, wall of the garbage transfer station, with AC220V power supply, 4G wireless transmission module, and transmit monitoring data back to the cloud.
