Environmental quality monitoring of the voice of Aosen works of Chengdu High tech Zone project

     The "Environmental Noise Pollution Prevention and Control Plan (2020-2022)" has been affirmed by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and has been forwarded and promoted nationwide. The Plan focuses on "effectively alleviating the prominent noise problems concerned by the masses", and defines the objectives and key points of noise pollution prevention and control in 2020-2022. While strengthening the control of noise sources, it also puts forward specific measures such as various noise pollution prevention and control, improving noise supervision ability and increasing scientific and technological research and development, and includes the "noise reduction action in Rongcheng" into the "Ten Projects for a Happy and Beautiful Life in Chengdu", etc. Chengdu is a "quiet life" for the people. In the second half of 2021, Chengdu completed the installation of 48 sets of automatic noise monitoring equipment and 36 sets of automatic noise monitoring display screens in densely populated areas in the? 11+2? area of the central city in accordance with the requirements of the Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution in Chengdu in 2021, so as to improve the automatic noise monitoring network of the whole city and improve the monitoring level of noise pollution. Improve the noise management system in Chengdu, enhance the ability of noise intelligent supervision, and provide scientific and technological support for government decision-making and departmental governance. In addition, it will also carry out the action of strengthening noise, and urge municipal authorities and local governments to carry out special rectification and special actions in complaint hotspots, key regions and fields, further improve the supervision mechanism, formulate control plans, effectively reduce noise pollution and reduce noise complaints.

     Under the correct guidance of the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, the High-tech Zone began to build an automatic monitoring network system for acoustic environment, and installed automatic noise monitoring equipment and built a data analysis management platform for functional areas and densely populated areas. As a manufacturer of noise monitoring equipment for acoustic environmental pollution, our company worked with service units to design a construction plan for the regulatory authorities. In view of the characteristics of the on-site application environment and the demand of supervision, our company provided a noise monitoring system for densely populated areas for this project. This configuration adopts a first-class sound level meter and meteorological factors as auxiliary monitoring indicators. In order to ensure the continuity of equipment sampling and monitoring, our company designed a solar power supply scheme for this project, and the on-site data display screen also adopted a fashionable appearance design in line with the new city style. Seven noise monitoring stations in crowded areas were installed in the high-tech zone, and the monitoring data were uploaded to be a unified supervision platform for automatic monitoring of sound environment in the high-techzone.
