Real time data transmission to cloud servers, equipped with Osen Smart Sensing PC and mobile platforms, can query data status, issue warning reminders for exceeding standards, and perform data analysis and statistics.

(1) Path planning
The movement path of the robot can be pre programmed or adjusted in real-time according to the on-site situation. It can automatically patrol along the predetermined route and continuously monitor the air quality in the workshop.
(2) Over limit warning
When the sensor detects that the gas concentration exceeds the safety threshold, the robot will immediately issue an alarm and send the alarm information and specific location to the safety personnel through wireless network. Security personnel can respond quickly and take necessary measures to deal with potential hazardous situations.
(3) Intelligent prediction
By collecting a large amount of historical data through devices and combining it with intelligent analysis software for in-depth analysis, it helps factory managers identify patterns of gas leaks and potential risk points. This not only helps prevent accidents, but also provides scientific basis for the long-term safety planning of factories.
